Agreed.
This year houses have improved, gone down and stayed the same.
In no particular order
Improved:
Kappa-swept the row
Alpha Phi-brought in another solid pledge class
ADPi-more involved, another solid pledge
SDT-IDK exactly what they did but they have made the most significant improvement
Gone down:
Pi Phi-Not a very solid pledge class
Gamma Phi-IDK whats going on with this house but they've definitely declined (where once in Alpha phi's position not too long ago)
Tridelt-Horrible pledge class and a lot of drop outs
No change:
DG, Theta-still top houses not the best pledge classes but still in the same place
AXO-still at the bottom where they've been for years+

DG -top house
Kappa - close to DG but just not quite as good
Theta-same as always. Ok
Pi phi -just keeps getting a bad rap. Not really deserved
Alpha phi-trying hard and improving a lot
Alpha delta pi - great group of girls
Delta delta delta - active and involved
Sigma delta tau. - seem to have fun and solid sisterhood
Gamma phi beta- Sweet girls
Alpha chi omega - nice girls

Agreed. All the houses at USC are great and they have great girls. Its just really about who you like and who you fit in with. Yeah there are tiers and some houses are improving while others are declining but you shouldn't be joining a house based on their rank. Join them based on how much you like them.

I dont agree at all
Just like many people have said the rankings going into next year are like this
Kappa
DG
Theta
Pi Phi
Alpha Phi
Tridelt
ADPi
Gamma Phi
SDT
AXO
My predictions for next year are both Kappa and DG will be the most wanted top houses while Theta begins slipping. Alpha Phi and Pi Phi will duke it out for best house outside of the top 3. Tridelt will slip and ADPi will be the highest ranked middle house. SDT will surpass Gamma Phi and AXO will remain the bottom house.
