SigDelt, most significant improvement
Alpha Phi, between PC 09 and PC 11 a big jump
Kappa PC 09 had a bunch of rotten eggs, PC 10 and 11 swept the row

Theta (could argue dropped from much longer ago, where it was THE top)

declined (compared to wherever they were)
Pi Phi, from PC 09 to PC 11 big drop
DG, compared to 09 and 10, 11 was a big drop
Gamma Phi....once was where Alpha Phi was...
Tridelt, not as bad of a decline, but still somewhat
