I'm going to agree with you on that, though I'm a fan of Pi Phi juniors/seniors over the entirety of Alpha Phi...future years we'll see.

For now that's accurate.

im going to have to disagree with @No. Alpha phi and Pi Phi are ranked the same. Pi Phi has better seniors, but Alpha phi seems to have a better pledge class and cute girls with a much much better reputation.

I agree with you. I think Pi Phi and APhi are neck and neck right now. Although, I feel like APhi has a much better rep and is doing better this year but Im sure Pi Phi can bounce back next year.

Kappa, DG and Theta are still the top houses. This year I feel like ADPi has improved a lot. Tridelt is still middle but they have definitely slipped wonder how next year will go for them. Achio is still bottom nothing has changed. As for SDt I feel like they have made a lot of progress this year but are still too small to have any impact. I see them as a smaller Gamma Phi for now and feel like they are similar in rank this year.

I agree. Its going to be interesting to see how Pi Phi and Alpha Phi will do next year. Also, whether Gamma Phi keeps dropping and if SDT and ADPi keep improving.

Definitely. I think Pi Phi and Alpha Phi seem to get the same girls (cut from DG/Kappa/Theta but still good standing in recruitment), so could be up in the air for a couple years.

I see ADPi being slightly better than Gamma Phi. Sig Delt needs to embrace not being on the Row/not having a house mom and surprise us with their hidden gems more. It's not like if Kappa lost their house. SDT was never traditional so they need to embrace it
