Here is a simple calculation that you can do to better understand why you didn’t get a Top Tier bid.
Fratty Ranking Equation:
Take your age and multiply it by your year in school (1-4)
Take that number and divide by the ranking of the house you really wanted a bid from at uscfraternityrankings.tumblr (1-4)
Texting Ranking Equation:
Then count the number of times you text your mom in a typical seven day period. Also count the number of texts you receive from your mom in that same seven day period. Combine these numbers of texts together and multiply by your year in school (1-4).
Which number is greater?
If your Texting Ranking Equation is more than your Fratty Ranking Equation you have no chance of ever joining a top tier house except maybe Lambda. If your Text Ranking Equation is excessive, stop replying to your mom immediately. Do yourself a favor and tell her you need space to find yourself before cutting her off or she may call DPS and have you hunted down.
Better Understanding your Fratty Ranking Equation:
Range of 30 or below: You may just be shooting too high
Range of 31 to 65: You may just be too late
Range of 66 up: You are clearly too old. Unless you can pull an “Old Blue” card at Phi Psi

Ok we're onto something here.
You will never, ever be a SuperFratStar ( "top tier") until you STOP TEXTING YOUR MOMMIES and get in touch with that inner repressed douchebag that's been trying to come out and play! Does your mommy remind you too much of decency and morality? You might even have a little sister that you secretly pray never sets foot in a frat....
Ditch the mom. Definitely ditch the girlfriend! You gotta kind of hate women to make this whole thing work and pluck the liw-hanging fruit guilt-free.

No not really.
Your inability to cut the cord from your mom is only part of your problem. It's at factor but not everything. For example, you could have unlimited texting If your mom is hot and decides to blow the rush chair. At that point the entire calculation is thrown into chaos.
