frat parties

I'm a transfer student so I don't know how USC works in terms of going to frat parties. I'm not in a sorority because I don't have the time to make that commitment but I would still like to have fun on The Row!
This might sound stupid, but how does it work? Are there parties every night? Can a girl just walk into any party?
