How is Kappa Sigma at USC? People are saying they're lower tier but they seem like chill guys

They are nobody on the row. They need to tear that house down so we can have more parking.

They've been basically shutdown for a year. They did the classic "got too big; got in trouble" thing that seems to happen a lot. I heard their alumni saved them (unlike Sig Ep, SAE or ATO). I'm curious to see if they get a class now that they're back as there are some terrible houses listed above them in these mostly accurate rankings.

But all this made me wonder, does IFC disclose to the size of pledge classes like Panhellenic?
