You're overall tiers are good, but I'd put sig Nu at top of the upper middle, drop FIJI down to lower middle, and switch TKE with AEPi. no idea anything about the bottom tier houses

Was this list put together by Hellen Keller? These rankings are way off. The fact you have ZBT, Fiji and phi delt that high is a joke in itself.

The sig nu felons joke is over played and no one said anything about pi kapp, but if you honestly think ZBT, Phi Delt and FIJI is above sig nu your ranks are about as legit as wikipedia.

Lambda and Sig Chi are on the slip, their pledge classes were sad. Phi Psi, AEPi, and TKE had much better pledge classes

Pi kapp definitely is on top of the middle tier and has been climbing these past semesters. Everyone agrees phi delt and FIJI should be lower.
