Why does it seem like out of the top tier Lambda and Phi Psi are grouped together and TKE and Sigma Chi are grouped together? Are their similarities between Lambda and Phi Psi, and Sig Chi and TKE?

Top tier upper? Top tier lower? Who talks like this? You are either Top Tier, with all the benefits, or you are not. Is Lambda getting that worried about TKE?
