The top frat at USC would be upper middle at best at Ohio State even Univ of Washington.

Drexel. The Arizona chapters.. Theres some good ones in the northeast too..

Arizona chapters got kicked off dude. Flagship is Ohio State, Univ of Washington is close second. If they were at USC Phi Psi would be a far far second. Miami is alright. Akron is really good but they are in a small greek system as is Whitman College.

USC is good for California but not a top TKE chapter. They are comparable to TKE at Penn State as an example.
