So are the rumors true about it being replaced by a Starbucks? And TKE being linked to this transaction?

This story was posted last week on this site and was all over Yik-Yak. TKE paid top dollar for the property and got Starbucks on a short-term triple net while they figure out what to do with the property. Deal happened so quick not everyone knows yet. All the Deltaco bros were fired on the spot! Not cool!

It's totally true! Keep in mind these are rich TKE alums from the 80s and 90s pulling all the strings. The guys in the frat have nothing to do with the deal and don't know any of the details.
