Would you consider phi psi to be the best overall fraternity at the university of southern california?

If you consider best overall to be attractive guys who know how to party, then yes.

All that makes one fraternity "better" than another is that the guys are considered to be attractive, and they throw fun parties. It's a really superficial way to gauge an entire group's worth.

Them or Lambda. They both have really attractive guys and throw the best parties. Definitely the most sought after fraternities at USC.

Depends on your definition of " best" if your thinking prestige and a great alum base/ legacy that would be Sigma Chi. However in regards to those who throw the best ragers, yes Phi Psi by a long shot.
