"disagree" is right, but I would move Theta down to Pi Phi and Alpha Phi's level (I think they are actually below those two, but Theta has history). There are 4 tiers now - top, upper, lower, and bottom with a huge jump between upper and lower.

after this year would definitely agree that a theta/pi phi/alpha phi ranking is true. they will most likely have a bad rush next year too unless some miracle happens, and then they will cement their drop in the rankings.
i would even say pi phi is above alpha phi. just because in general most fraternities like pi phis better and would want to mix with them over alpha phi.

This is it. Kinda like the guy above, I think alpha phi is more popular so I'd rank them higher than Pi Phi, but they're basically the same. And basically the same as theta (for now...)

Weird set of tiers "way closer" has going, what, no middle? I'd defs say ADpi Gphi and Tri Delt are middle, not lower. Actually saw cuter girls in these houses last Gameday, than a lot of those in so-called "upper."

Call it whatever you want. If you want to call theta alpha phi and Pi phi upper middle and tridelt adpi and gamma phi lower middle, fine, but they are definitely different tiers. I think calling it top, upper, lower and bottom makes more sense because the biggest jump between ranks is between the middle two groups.
Theres always hot girls in every house and uggos in every house. But in terms of ranking, one of the only things everyone can agree on is that there are 5 top houses (with rankings within it) and 6 bottom houses (with rankings within it)

I think this order is pretty close but the breaks are different. Like I Pi Phi and APhi really need their own tier, and ADPi and Tridelt and Gamma Phi are pretty much equal these days. Regardless, every house did really well in rush this year, lots of great new girls in every house.
