Yes, that falls under California law as hazing

As long as it is two (or a many as you like) consenting adults, no, that is not considered hazing. Could I get a number to text you so we could discuss this further?

Stealing stuff is theft and a criminal offense. How'd you like it if some bunch of kids stole stuff out of YOUR parents' yard?!?
