I am planning to transfer to USC as a Junior, and I am already in a Fraternity. Is it possible to join my Fraternity's local chapter at USC?

You have to meet them and see if they like you and vice versa. It's a mutual process; they won't automatically let you affiliate. But I hope that they like you and that it works out!
