Which houses have genuinely nice, friendly, sincere and non-creepy guys?

There is no one house that has a bunch of " nice " or " sincere " guys. There are tons of them spread throughout The Row. You just have to spend the time to get to know them.

this is true. However, it is alot more uncommon to find them at sae or phi psi.

I've had good luck and good experiences at phi delt and phi sig, but that's just me
