grades?
by: PNMAre there a good amount of people that actually care about their grades and want to live successful lives, or is it just partying? In other words, will I be the outcast of a group if I choose to study instead of party?

Don't even worry about this. Personally, I don't party a lot because I'm very focused on my health and academics. The girls in my house never make me feel like an outcast for my choices and are extremely supportive. During rush, you'll get a feeling for which houses will accept you for who you are. Stay true to yourself and you'll end up in a wonderful house filled with girls who will support you and study with you! That being said, each house has girls who care a lot about their grades and each house also has girls who don't put as much of an emphasis on academics. You'll find your niche in any house. Furthermore, each chapter GPA is higher than the all women's average. Houses have certain rewards for high test scores, asking a professor to coffee or lunch, going to study hours at the house, and more. If you are interested in houses that traditionally have the highest GPAs, they are (alphabetically) Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Delta Delta, Gamma Phi Beta, and Kappa Alpha Theta. Last fall Gamma Phi had the highest GPA and this past spring ADPi had the highest GPA.
