phi delt - the next up and coming frat

There is a tremendous amount of tradition in the USC Greek System. But here are five reasons why Phi Delta Theta just might be the next big thing ;)

1) Best designed frat (not just a dorm on a big parking lot)
2) Dramatic lighting indoors and out (especially for parties)
3) Some of the yummiest drinks (just ask any girl)
4) Super diverse brotherhood (gth through diversity)
5) The "wow" factor. (visit to find out what it is)

I really like Phi Delt-- they're great guys (they have manners, can carry on a conversation, and are involved on campus) and fun to hang out with. Their house IS really nice--- not a total disgusting pig sty like most of the other frats.

FWIW, anyone can use your nickname, as mine was just hijacked. I did not say they have the yummiest drinks on the row-- but they are good (the Phi Delts and their drinks). I can hear it already... "I'M SPARTACUS! haha.
