retention rates
by: WorriedAre there any sororities that are known for putting up a front during rush and then being very different after bid night? Which sororities have the highest retention rates and are the most truthful during rush? I'm worried that I'm going to join a house and have it be different than what I expected.

Most politically correct/not themselves: Theta (trying to use their old old school reputation), DG (kitchen girls), Alpha Phi, AXO, ADPi (not as extreme as others on this list, but they're not AS close as they try to come across)
What you see is what you get: Tridelt (some people get weirded out about how casual they can come across during Convo), Kappa, Pi Phi, Gamma Phi, SDT

ofcourse every house does. it's just the same couple people that keep posting to bash DG

No, they don't. They're called kitchen girls because DG literally HIDES these girls during rush and doesn't let them talk to any PNMs. I know for a fact that the other houses (yes, even Kappa and Theta) don't do this, and that any girl who is available during rush WILL talk to at least one PNM and be seen during recruitment.

sure they dont "make" them, but girls who ask to participate get to. sure, they put the girls who are great at rush front and center, particularly during really important days like slideshow and pref, but why WOULDN'T you do that? Of course they want the girls who are the best at rush to be the ones talking to PNMs. but the rest of the girls aren't literally hidden or asked not to participate when they say they want to.
