how does final bid card work

how does the final bid card sorting after preference night work?
I know it's "mutual selection" but if both sororities pick you what determines which one you go to?
or if neither pick you what determines which one must take you since you are guaranteed a bid after preference night?

You rank #1 and #2 in order of preference, if both want you, then you go to your first choice, if one wants you and the other doesn't, then you go to that one. With regards to neither house picking you, I'm not entirely sure, but I would guess you would go to the one that has you higher up on their list. (They make a 1st choice and 2nd choice list)
