Hi, I'm writing an article about the biggest fraternity parties in the nation. I was curious what this biggest parties were at USC. (If you could include the semester and respective fraternity that hosts the event, I'd greatly appreciate it!)

biggest party last year was TKE Halloween. Such a rager they had to shut down the street and it was over capacity (keep in mind thousands of people is average) by 11 PM
