You lost all credibility when you listed SAE. Probably one of the worst frats on the row. They may a cool looking house but the membership is simply lowest of low in terms of quality

Not a gap between Lambda and Sig Chi. Not anymore. SAE and Sammy are definitely moving up... TKE and Lambda are choosing quantity over quality. Stop competing for #s. Quality first!

Not sure which house this "girl" is in but the gap between Lambda and Sigma Chi is a "Grand Canyon" sized gap and every top tier girl knows it. So big, you can take a helicopter tour of the gap...
