rushing at 24?

I would like to go through sorority rush. I will be a freshman at 24. It is a long story why I'm going back to school now, but I would love the affiliation, experience and personal growth. Should I bother? Will any house even take me?

You are definitely not top tier material being so old. You may want to try DG or Alpha Phi who are both in the upper part of the middle tier.

but why would you want to spend day in and out with 18-19 year olds (which is what your potential pledge class would consist of)?

You might want to skip formal recruitment and go through
Continuous recruitment (later in the fall). Houses
that aren't "full" will participate.
