No, lots of guys rushing are transfer sophomores. The three top houses are Lambda, TKE and Sigma Chi. If you're on this site asking about rush, you aren't getting a Lambda bid. Since you apparently write and speak English as a first language, TKE is probably not interested either. The real question is how stupid are you? Stupid enough for Sigma Chi? That might be your sweet spot! Best of luck!
