The real SRAT ranks as of 2024

Top 4 (T4); Kind of subjective and depends on the person you’re asking… All of the frats love them and they mix with only the top frats. Known to be the “top houses” … do not do COB but gives 1-5 snap bids on bid day (at least this year…)

DG/Pi Phi - Hottest/Nicest/Parties a lot/Frats love them … not as “exclusive” as KKG & KAO and takes a wider/more diverse range of girls … they know about 75% of their bid list going into rush and have more “open spots” for girls they meet and love … DG has more girls than Pi Phi

Kappa/Theta- Pretty/Smart/Very Wealthy (lots of Nepo-babies)/Some Are Bratty/Some are amazing … they like to bid girls in the same friend groups who already know actives in the house… they know 95% of their bid list before rush and leave a few spots open for girls that “wow” them … they both have around the same amount of girls (Theta may have a few more)

The Mids; Have some great girls but just aren’t comparable to T4… mix with top frats every once and awhile but mostly mix with the mids … will do some COB depending on the year

APhi - The solid #5. Known for being big partiers and loving Pike & ZBT… They don’t have enough of the best girls to be T4 and are kinda knows as wannabes … They always get the best of the girls who got dropped by T4

DDD- DDD is honestly the most underrated house on the row. They’ve gotten better over the years and took a giant PC (like 80+ girls) and are starting to become even w Aphi … They’re the biggest house of the row and take the most girls every year during rush … Lots of hit or misses because of this

The Bottoms: Big Drop… These are small houses who only mix with the low-mid & bottom frats… They almost always have to do COB to fill their member quotas

ADPi- They are super sweet and down to earth but not the stereotypical “sorority girl” … Best frat relations out of the bottom 3

GPhi- Boring… Kind of geeky… Not very social and didn’t have a great rush but still bigger than AXO

AXO- The smallest house on the row. Terrible rush. Got a PC of 14 this past year… that should say everything you need to know…
