F23 ranks with new pcs

1) sig chi- no doubt top house proved it again this rush
2) tke- very big pc, fun tailgates and dartys
3) lambda- taking some heat from the wheelchair incident but won’t change much in the long term, still a top house
Upper mid
4) zbt- nice new house with great location, haven’t thrown anything yet but a good pc
5) pike- decent pc, prob my favorite tailgates on the row. Genuinely super cool guys I’m this house
6) sammy- took a huge hit with sopro, very very bad pc by their standards but I think they’ll bounce back as soon as their sopro is lifted
7) snu- I don’t go to this house but they throw decent tailgates and have really good sorority relations
Mid
8) KA- also on sopro but doesn’t matter as much bc they have a satellite on the row. Actually pretty good tailgates considering but still get weird vibes. Average pc
9) ksig- their recent pc was better than expected and they had a fun Barbie party. Tailgates have been fun too.
10 phi sig- very similar house in rank to ksig but had some issue with homophobia on the row. took a below average pc even for their standards
11 phi delt- benefitted from pairing with ksig and phi sig for tailgates, they’ve been good so far. Def a decent pc but hard to put them above the others in this tier.

Low- idrk much about these houses but I’m sure they have some fun ppl
