People's opinions vary, so in cases where people's preference is one or the other or if people generally put them equal, I've put them in alphabetical order with a slash between them. Anyways:

Theta
Middle Tier:
Alpha Phi/Pi Phi

ADPi/Gamma Phi
Lower Tier:

Pi phi is not on the same level as DG Kappa and Theta. Pi phis are top 3 rejects, and they know it.

I go to SC, and I think DG is way overrated on this site. They are chill girls, but not as competitive as Theta, Pi Phi, Alpha Phi, and Kappa.

Ummmm... whether DG is better than Kappa or Theta varies by opinion, but the consensus is DG is hands-down better than Pi Phi or APhi. Laughable to say otherwise

Popularity has been based on looks and promiscuity unfortunately at SC. As a graduating senior and wish I had been less superficial at the time I would look towards the largest National Chapters, sisterhood, academics and a really good indication is your own gut when you meet the sisters. Move forward from high school. Make your mark.

listing in order:

DG
Theta
Pi Phi

Tridelt/Adpi (- where I would want to be now)

both "rshed13" and "switch" are ridiculous, nobody sees it this way at all. there is no top four, especially not with pi phi in top two. Middle is DEFINITELY not only three houses--there's kind of an "upper middle" of aphi and pi phi and then the other three middles are tridelt, gamma phi, and adpi, and then the rest are lower, agd included (for now, may change with this year's rush). "honest" at the top of the page has it really has it right.
