summer frat housing

I have the option to live in TKE or Sigchi this summer (i go to a different school). Can someone give me pros/cons of the houses?

You don't want tke for obvious reasons and sig chi is disgusting.

I hear sammy is renting their infamous "gym" as a room

Kappa Sig has a pretty cool setup and the summer guys are super chill. Girls always stopping by as well.
