Lambda - slowly overtaking sigchi. their pc's have been better, relations are the same
Sigchi - ^^
TKE - on the decline as of late. will most likely turn it around but their pc's have been mid as of late.
SNU - somehow maintained good sorority relations and have slowly started their climb back up to where they were before their incident. don't think they will creep into top3 anytime soon. took a small PC, will be interesting to see where they go
Pike/ZBT/SAMMY - honestly all of the same. they all have mid relations with ZBT having the better of the 3, but pike and sammy having better geed turnouts
Phisig - same story every semester
KA - have has some solid parties, need much better relations if they are going to move up anytime soon

Sigma Chi is a classic legacy frat that is only a name these days. Sig Chi has some of the dumbest members of any fraternity at SC. Many people can't figure out how they got into SC in the first place.
Lambda is everything a top tier frat should be. Top members, high achievers, athletes, music, tv and film members. Many Lambdas model professionally and it's not uncommon for them to walk the runways of Milan, Paris and NYC

Lambda overtook Sigma Chi awhile ago but both Lambda and Sigma Chi are MASSIVELY better than whomever sits at #3 and are considered the ONLY top tier fraternities and NO TKE is not top tier and never will be, it’s debatable if they are even #3 most put them #4 or 5 solid middle tier but middle tier just the ssme NOT top tier.
