Frat Rankings Rush Spring 23’

1.Sig Chi : easily top house best relations and has really adapted their party space. Music is iffy at some parties but overall will remain on top for a long time.
2. Lambda / TKE : Both have fallen a little bit due to lack of fun parties. Overall these two have remained top for a long time and have a great reputation especially with sororities. This allows them to keep these spots.
3. Sammy : threw some of the most notable parties throughout the semester. Continuously had Caleb come to parties that were filled to the brim every time. Relations improving exponentially especially with piphi hoco.
4.Pike : honestly chill guys with some odd dudes. Capitalized on Sammy being gone early in the semester by throwing continuous parties. Here they only have decent parties but a limited social reputation.
5. ZBT : Events were not good this year especially with lack of the main chapter house. Overall much better relations than like but lack of relevant parties led to drop.

Bad takes on k sig and phi sig. phi sig isn’t conservative that’s literally a Sidechat meme. And k sig is certainly above phi delt. Also the snu hate might be a bit over exaggerated but we’ll see

Extremely bad takes on phi sig snu phidelt and kapsig based on sidechat trends. Phi sig guys are diverse and respectful they are no where near "suck"; Snu had one incident and their standards have raised since; Phi delt men are besties and they don't care much about ranking; KSig had some fun events and their guys are interesting if you get to know them.

6. KA : Definition of a mid tier house. Throws very average or below average parties with mid sorority relations. People talk about the Aepi connection but honestly that does not help enough these guys r an odd group.
7. Phi Sig: Most conservatives on the row. Has good sorority relations with bottom tier houses. Throws decent events. I feel like everyone in phi Sig knows they suck so they don’t have an ego like KA kids.
8. SNU : Not much to say other than they need to rebound hard. Girls still do not feel safe enough to go to their parties.
9. Phidelt : Extremely odd group of people but they make girls feel safe. This allows them to be top off the bottom tier.
10: Kap Sig: The guys do not know how to talk to girls properly. A few normal dudes but a lot lack social skills. Not many good events here.
