I'm sorry but only a KA pledge could have made this. KA has fallen pretty far these past few years. I would put them below Ksig/Snu. Snu's above Ksig for sure if they can get rid of the SA atmosphere around them. Based on their parties, this may not happen. KA has nonexistent relations as well.
