Frat Ranks with Explanations

Ok so I’ve talked to my friends and this is what we’ve decided for next semester:

1. sig chi. Hopefully will change soon but they’re still too

2. Lambda. Went to HOCO and was ok. Still very good looking but they have a bottom tier physical house

3. Tke. Bottom of the top, some hot guys in new PC but also weird. One of the nicest houses on the row though

4. ZBT. This is a hot take especially cause some weird kids in new PC but they still have very cool / somewhat good looking guys and new house coming

5. Pike. I understand people think pike is a meme but I actually have a lot of fun at their tailgates and they made me feel super safe

6. Sammy. No hate sammy, but any girl with self respect shouldn’t come here. Very creepy, but they can throw a fun party.

7. KA. Bottom of the relevant fraternities, glo haus was pretty fun I guess. Could be on the come up
