2022 Frat Rankings With Explanations

TKE - Ok their Halloween party may have been questionable and their new pc is also interesting but they still by far have the best house among the frats and the best reputation.

Lambda - Worst building on the row no question however very facey group of guys that lands them the number two spot. Also Olympus was fun af.

Sig Chi - I don't get why people call them the very top. They barely throw and I think were silent on Halloween. Still top three tho.

Sammy - Yes, lots of scandals. However they have dope guys and they arguably have the most enjoyable parties.

Pike - These guys have been on the come up since last. spring. Great parties and very great guys. Homecoming was a dagger tho.

ZBT - I mean they seem cool. Parties are pretty good. Big potential with the two houses they now have.

Phi Sig - They have a great house but for some reason their parties always seem kinda empty. Lambda should switch houses with them.

KA - I would’ve put these guys above Phi Sig but they just get clowned on too much to put them higher. Blueface party last semester was cool.

Phi Delt - You will feel very safe here. Like a library safe and boring. Nice guys tho.

K Sig - Guys seem cool. Little tunnel for cars to go through next to their house is cool.

Phi Tau - I see more dudes lined up for bible study than girls lol.

DTD - They had Will Ferrell.

Beta - Where is their house?
