Your understanding of the internet is fairly limited. Blocking IPs has more workarounds than you can count. Steven isn't worried about being blocked. He is worried about the NSA reading his thoughts. Steven has actually driven away Jimbo which is more interesting to me.

He's right, lots of work-arounds. I prefer cutting off fingers as it makes typing much harder
