Move TKE down in with ZBT and Sammy. they all start the top of the middle tier and Lambda and Sigma Chi are so much better they are considered the only top tier

Move TKE several spots down to the middle tier, there are at least 5 houses above them that TKE sits outside their doors to try to bid their rejects.
