Top Death Spiral Frats

Phi Delt and Phi Sig will be the first to die unless their nationals get it in gear to allow them to abandon ship asap. Other frats still listed as Old IFC are caught in endless investigation process going back almost a year or more. Under new UPIFC, you can't transfer over unless you have a clean record with no active investigations. However, seems clear UPIFC will ultimately accept them if SC fails to complete their investigations in a timely manner.
