Rankings( no bias)

1. Sig Chi/Lambda (debated who holds #1 spot, both top houses w very powerful alumni and coolest dudes)
2. TKE (Stupid rich, hella money for parties, hit or miss last pc but overall good rep)
3. KA (gets hella hate but their older guys gave them good sorority relations including lowkey best Kappa relations in this range, now up to new PCs to keep them)
4. ZBT (Secure spot here too if they get back on row next year, great dudes)
6. Sammy (solid house of mediocre dudes, known for selfranking on gere)

6. Phi Sig (both houses on the rise, Phi Sig took great PC, Pike has better parties, will see who snags this spot in due time or takes KA spot)
7. Phi Delt (good ass dudes, probably nicest on row , secure spot)
8. Kap Sig (also really cool guys who don't really care about ranks, just having a good time and they do)
9. Chi Phi (good dudes, sometimes get huge artists for there parties)
10. DTD (also good dudes who have a good time)
11. Phi Tau (honestly don't know much about but when I rushed were some of the nicest guys

KA has really been rising like a rocket and I know that they are now neck and neck with TKE. Over 1/2 their PC also had bids from TKE from what I hear.
