Fall 2022? Is that when they return? And will they be top house like they used to?

Yes they are coming back. They already have mixers lined up with Kappa, DG, Pi Phi, and Theta. They will be a top house along side Sammy.

The SAEs were like no other house at USC. They dominated in every aspect. It will be very interesting to see if they can reclaim their former glory.

My prediction, SAE and Sigma Chi will merge. They'll build over Severance to form one giant house. It will be like a Transformer though, capable of morphing into a dinosaur or maybe even a weather balloon.

Crazy, SAE has been gone since 2014, but this chat is still dominated by them. There are a lot of legacies that had to join other houses, but they secretly all wish they could join a revived SAE.
