truth about greek system

I've finally figured it out. After 2 semesters of rushing and failing to enter the top-tier, it's become clear to me. The fraternities already know exactly what they're looking for before rush even begins. The middle frats will take you if you're a good guy, but the top ones are just looking for guys who are "facey", chill, and can pull girls. They say they aren't but they know it's the truth. It's extremely superficial and shallow.
