Okay, but what are these rankings based off of?

What is all this ranking based off of? Like what makes a top house? And what makes a bottom house?

rankings are mostly based on sorority relations and historically how good the house has been, but mostly the are written by guys in houses wanting to crack into the upper tier and can't be trusted at all

The fraternity rankings are based on scientific polling and 10 point rating of social events within a 6 to 12 month period proceeding the ranking. The rankings are then computed an weighted based on other factors such has historic reputation and what is widely know as a Pull Factor
