Hey I' transferred from Wake Forest and was wondering what the best frats were (unbiased) based off wealth, house, pledge, parties, and most importantly prestige!!

You are talking about Lambda. However, that's a pretty touch nut to crack. You have to be the top 1% of the top 1% to even be considered. You may want to aim lower
