What sorority is the most DEI conscious?

I’m a POC PNM and I don’t want to join a sorority to be the token minority. Which sorority will make me feel the most welcome and make my voice feel heard?

alpha phi was the only one who gave a DEI speech during rush but I hear gphi is probably the most DEI conscious but I think gphi is weird. So my guess is alpha phi is the most normal and most dei conscious
