DG/Kappa- DG arguably above kappa but kappa will always be kappa
Theta/APhi/PiPhi- pi phi was pulling ahead for a minute but their poor reputation and poor frat relations is hurting them (especially beef with TKE), theta has a good social media presence but a lot of weird girls that they try to hide, APhi has weirdos too some say the cool girls can be mean—all three of these houses are lots of fun though and mix with a lot of houses
TriDelt- not much to say they only really mix with Sammy
ADPi- I’ve heard they don’t have a social calendar and they have a lot of DEI issues

This is true! And don’t join APhi unless you want to spend your days wishing you were in DG. And doing join pi phi unless you want to spend your days being a wannabe of the world. General rule of thumb: just don’t join pi phi.
