Bid difficulty by house

Sig Chi- Extremely Difficult: If no OC connections, you have to be incredibly facey and have great social skills
TKE- Very Difficult: Doesn't matter where you're from, just have to be very facey and have decent social skills or just have incredible social skills w/ girls
Lambda- Difficult: Biggest requirement is looking like a chad and having confidence, you can be a huge douche and still get in
Sammy- Moderately Difficult: Care more about social skills than looks, if you can talk to girls and are likable you're good
Pike- Moderately Difficult: Care most about having fun & interesting guys, but if you're vert facey there's exceptions
ZBT- Slightly Difficult: Bid guys almost purely on faceyness, cutting out most of the creeps
Phi Sig- Moderate: Care most about having guys who can have a fun time and vibe
Phi Delt- Moderate: Care most about who they think can fit into their social style, somewhat connections based
KA- Moderate: Very easy if facey, look mostly for the classic "frat bro" type without much other thought
The rest- These are pretty much like being accepted into a friend group because of their relatively smaller size

All in all- The best frat is the one where you get along with them the best. Look for who you can see yourself being friends with for (at least) the next 3.5 years, not just at their "rankings".

I turned down Lambda and ultimately went PhiDelt. I just couldn't see myself there. I know this post will get backlash but it's 100% true. I say this just so future rushees understand you have to choose what's right for you, not just take bids because of image or hype.
