Should I do sorority rush as a junior>

I did sorority rush last year as a sophomore and did not get a bid from house I saw myself in. People told me not many juniors get bids and I should only rush if I have a close friend pulling for me hard in one of the houses. Is it embarrassing to rush again as a junior?
