Transfer from Canada

I’m a spring transfer to usc from a Canadian university and I’m was a kkg at my previous university. What would happen now? I know if I already joined a sorority I can’t rush again but does this apply to international students too? Also am I automatically a kkg at usc now or what?

I’m in a fraternity so I have no clue. I’d imagine they’d check you out with your old school and nationals, then meet you and vote.
