What kind of Pledging do sororities do?

All this talk about fraternities, do sororities do lineups? If so what exercises are done? All the sororities act like their pledgeship doesn’t exist but it’s just not talked about. We all know they do it.

They never will tell you. They all have pretty hard pledgeships. Somehow the guys are the only ones who get in trouble, I guess the girls are better at hiding it
