Fraternity descriptions for upcoming year

Sigma Chi - Top house, OC bros with strong alumni, power and influence at USC
TKE - Rich guys from basically everywhere. Traditional frat vibes from these guys
Lambda - California heavy, lot of clout chasers, more of a social club than a frat
ZBT - fratty guys but alot of mediocre guys as well
Pike - average members with some standouts, improving with downfall of other houses,
KA - Coasting off AEPI rep, will see how long it lasts
Sammy - Parties are great but not much else to show for
Phi Sig - Last of the relevant houses, had momentum a year ago but seems to have lost it
