HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO GET A BID FROM A TOP TIER FRAT
by: TKE Lil brotherHi my older brother is a TKE and we have always been very competitive. He says Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi are the top fraternities then a big drop to TKE. He tried really hard to get a bid at both Lambda Chi and Sigma Chi but he didn’t get anywhere. What can I do to make sure I do better than him and get a bid from Lambda Chi or Sigma Chi are there certain things I should mention?

Sorry but there is not much you can do about your appearance. Sig Chi and Lambda Chi for not only have to have a great personality and to afford the social dues that the top two fraternities demand but you also have to be “hot@ as in model looking hot. At TKE 1/2 the house learned English as a second language and 1/2 the house has unibrows and the other half have a half head of hair. If your brother didn’t make the SX, Lambda cut unless you are way better looking it could be tough.

It’s not like all TKE are meh there are a couple that look ok but you are right Sigs and Lambda are in a class by themselves. I am in a top sorority we are on top of the world when we pair with SX or Lambda but it’s a big disappointment if we get stuck with TKE, to be honest SN before they got in trouble were a whole level above TKE.
