Frat Ranks ‘22

1. Sig Chi/Lambda (debated who holds #1 spot, both top houses w very powerful alumni and coolest dudes)
2. TKE (Stupid rich, hella money for parties, hit or miss last pc but overall good rep)
3. Sammy (solid house of cool dudes, known for throwing some of best parties/registers on row, secure spot here)
4. ZBT (Secure spot here too if they get back on row next year, great dudes)
5. KA (gets hella hate but their older guys gave them good sorority relations including lowkey best Kappa relations in this range, now up to new PCs to keep them)
6. Pike / Phi Sig (both houses on the rise, Phi Sig took great PC, Pike has better parties, will see who snags this spot in due time or takes KA spot)
7. Phi Delt (good ass dudes, probably nicest on row , secure spot)
8. Kap Sig (also really cool guys who don't really care about ranks, just having a good time and they do)
9. Chi Phi (good dudes, sometimes get huge artists for there parties)
10. DTD (also good dudes who have a good time)
11. Phi Tau (honestly don't know much about but when I rushed were some of the nicest guys
12. The rest

LMAO what? Sammy has horrible sorority relations. Maybe if this was based on parties.
