Fratenity rank winter 21

Sigma Chi - legacy, alumni, prestige at SC make them an eternal top house
TKE - Wealth and alumni also very good, strong house
Lambda - fell off in recent years but will stay here due to Snu collapse

Sammy - need to recruit cooler guys and haze a bit more which could get them close to top 3 level, everything else is great
ZBT - kinda stagnant but not declining as much as people say
KA - upcoming year is make or break for them
Pike - good potential but need to really stand out in some way rather than relying on the downfall of other houses

Phi Sig - Had momentum but lost it, still a good house that can climb soon enough
